WE HAVE LIFTOFF! Our new Board of Directors for Condo 2 is ready and working for all of us!
If you see one of them, please say 'Thank you' for volunteering their time and resources for the improvement ment of Condo 2 best year ever!
Also: the full and current list of Condo 2 owners is now available on the RECORDS & REPORTS page. To access that list you must type in the password, which is only available to Condo 2 OWNERS. If you need the password you can call me at 321-243-4324 and I will verify that you are an owner before giving you the password. This is a legal requirement for this website.

ARE YOU AN OWNER? - Enjoy photos and updates from your friends and neighbors...and you can even share upcoming events, socials and more. No password needed... Just click the orange circle or OWNERS tab in above menu.
NOTICES - Click the green circle or NOTICES tab in above menu to access the upcoming notifications of owners voting topics, meetings, agendas, and public condo documents and more.
RECORDS & DOCUMENTS - Click yellow icon or RECORDS tab in menus to enter Guest area to log in with your Condo 2 Owner Password. You can access agreements, summaries of bids, materials, equipment, or services, Annual Budget, financial reports, certifications, contracts, transactions and more.
Portions of this site are privacy protected by Florida State Law. The non-private pages are accessible to the general public.
Member pages are restricted to owners of property specifically located in The Great Outdoors RV/Golf Resort, Condo 2.
