Winter 2026 Updates

Beautification
Tammy & Doug Guilliams were kind enough to donate pretty pots with various plants in each. Lucas and the CSA team continue to keep plants and trees trimmed when needed.
Budget
The budget committee tracked finances and prepared monthly financial reports for the board. We advised the board as they prepared the 2026 Budget and submitted it at the November 2025 Budget Meeting. According to our 2025 budget, we ended the year under budget by $331.91. The unexpected costs associated with the Q4 lawsuit against Condo 2 were not included in our budget. Those costs were paid for out of our surplus funds.
Bylaws
We are still budgeted in our 2026 funds for the Restating of the Declaration.
Communications
In 2025 we added many people to our email list for Condo 2 and Official Notice communications. We currently have 80% of our units signed up for email! Thanks to everyone who signed up. We've also updated the website and simplified page links for calendar, email sign-ups, and notices. Email newsletters and digital forms were redesigned, and we've sent out regular Condo 2 news and updates. In 2026 we'll look at overhauling the website with a clean, new look using volunteers and existing tools.
Social
2025 was a great year for the social committee. Our ladies luncheon is growing by leaps and bounds. I believe the addition of prizes and the 50/50 raffle have definitely made our luncheons a lot of fun. Our
attendance has grown to over 30 people!! I look forward to setting up street events in the near future.
